In this New Moon Medicine Circle, we will honor the sanctity of the body and the waters of the womb. Together, we will replenish our inner wells through breathwork, gentle movement, self-care massage, soulful song, and sisterhood connection.

We will nourish our hearts and wombs, and restore ease, fluidity, harmony, and flow to our whole bodies.

In Her Flow will be a gentle support to your womb flow in all ways. (It's New Moon time, you might be bleeding.)
