My journey into Sacred Pelvic Care began at 30 with a life-changing ovarian cancer diagnosis and a radical hysterectomy. This experience left me feeling numb and disconnected from my feminine essence. Determined to reconnect with my womb and find my center, I immersed myself in hands-on healing practices, ancient Medicine, and Prayer. This journey reawakened my inner wisdom and led me to master the sacred art of healing the female body.
Today, with over 20 years of experience, I offer online and in-person sessions from my home Temple space. My work integrates yoga, bodywork, pelvic care, anatomy, breathwork, ritual, sexuality, and ceremony. Each session is tailored to your unique story, providing a safe space to feel seen, heard, and nurtured.
My holistic approach combines technical training with reverence for Nature, Spirit, and the Elements. I facilitate feminine rites of passage and rituals to honor life's cycles and seasons. My sessions focus on reconnecting you with your divine feminine essence and rediscovering the joy of living in alignment with your sacred Self.
Healing is a journey, and I'm here to guide you home to the power and truth inside of you.
