Hello Beloved, I'm so happy you're here. 

My journey into Sacred Pelvic Care began at age 30, after a life-altering ovarian cancer diagnosis and a radical hysterectomy. In the wake of that experience, I felt numb, disconnected from my body, my womb, and the essence of my femininity.

Determined to find my way back, I turned to hands-on healing, ancient Medicine, and prayer. What followed was a deep remembering of my body’s wisdom, of Spirit, and of the sacred art of healing the female body.

Today, with over 25 years of experience, I offer online and in-person sessions from my home Temple space. My work weaves together yoga, bodywork, pelvic care, anatomy, breathwork, ritual, sexuality, and ceremony. Every session is a living prayer, personalized to your story, held in a space of safety, reverence, and deep care.

My approach is both technical and spiritual, rooted in devotion to Nature, Spirit, and the Elements. I guide feminine rites of passage and rituals that honor the seasons of your life and the cycles of your body.

This work is a return to your womb, your voice, your power, and your sacred Self.

Healing is a journey, and I’m here to walk with you, home to the truth and beauty that has always lived within.
