CLASS IS IN SESSION
WEEK 1:
Opening Ceremony
A Sacred Offering to your Self. It’s the week you become your own healer, commit to the journey ahead, and get introduced to daily self care practices that will deepen your connection to Self.
You will be guided in prayer & ritual, lead through breathwork & meditation to root down into your own pussy power and activate the holy temple within you.
WEEK 2:
Sacred Ground
Get up close and personal with your own body. You’ll learn the anatomy of your pelvic space, and I’ll teach you postural alignment to restore physical and energetic balance to the root of your body.
We will shift your body into its natural state of inner alignment through exploration of breath, movement, presence, and touch.
WEEK 3:
Return to Flow
Discover movement practices that will relieve your body from a history of pelvic & pussy tension. You will learn specific practices to return flow & fluidity back to your body, while unsticking the stuck places.
This practice will begin to awaken the erotic energy & life force within you by regulating your nervous system & unlocking the body so that you can come into a deeper feeling state.
WEEK 4:
Yoni Steaming & Release Ritual
Connect to your sacred anatomy (ie. your arousal centers such as the clitoris & G-spot) and clear out held emotions, past experiences & trauma to feel safe in your body and reconnect to your sexual vibrancy and pleasure.
This week I will guide you through a Yoni Steaming Ceremony to assist in the release of stuck emotions, past traumas and any pain & shame that might be holding you back from experiencing true pleasure in your body. You will get you warmed up to start experiencing pleasure in a whole new way.
WEEK 5:
Self Pleasure Initiation
Get ready to meet yourself on a whole new level. You will be thoughtfully guided through a self touch ritual to explore the truth & power of your body. Starting with the breasts & belly, you will learn to explore your body in a pleasurable way, and open up the pathway to your pussy.
WEEK 6:
Pelvic Mapping & Pussy Massage
This week you will introduce your pussy to the touch of your own hand. You will practice pussy gazing and truly see yourself, maybe, for the first time. You will allow your pussy to safely open, and receive touch.
You will explore the anatomy of your vulva & vagina to connect to the root of your power, passion, turn-on.
WEEK 7:
Pleasure Class
Awaken your confidence, desire, and orgasmic pleasure. Discover the longing of your own sacred anatomy, explore your own turn on, and deepen your embodiment of sexuality.
Explore your unique core erotic themes. What turns you on? Learn how to speak your truth, own your desires, and be in your pleasure. This week is the gateway to becoming a turned on, multi orgasmic gushing pussy priestess.
WEEK 8:
Closing Ceremony
This week we learn how to live with pleasure as a daily ritual & practice. We allow pleasure to become a consistent way of being. We’ll review simple ways in which you can carry pleasure with you through your daily life - and stay devoted to your own pussy.
